To add an admin user:
- Submit a support request asking for an Okta account to be added to the Okta admin group for a local. Specify what local the account should be added to, and their Okta username.
- Once the account has been added to the admin group in Okta:
- If you are already an admin for that local you can now add them as an admin user in the Strike interface. Navigate to the user page and add their Okta user email with the role admin.
- If a strike user has already been created, their role can be edited from their current role to the admin role.
- If you are not an admin, the user may login and add themselves as a strike user with the admin role. They will get errors trying to perform any other action before creating themselves as a user.
- If you are already an admin for that local you can now add them as an admin user in the Strike interface. Navigate to the user page and add their Okta user email with the role admin.
Web and Mobile Users
As an admin user:

- Add a user, it's important to match their email exactly. And set their role to Web or Mobile
Guest users
Often you will want volunteers to be able to login as web or mobile users to reduce the workload of staff. A guest user can be requested.
- Send a request to support@unitehere.org for a new email. To create an okta account an email must be used.
- Once you have an email send another request to support@unitehere.org for a new Okta guest user to be created.
- follow the steps in Web and Mobile Users
