This user guide will explain how to enter activity data using the SePuede Mobile app. The best practice is to enter activity data as soon as possible once it has been recorded to ensure that there is a digital record of all activity participants/attendees. Mobile Data Entry
Step 1: Navigate to a list of workers.
- This can be done using Guided Search, Saved Searches, or viewing lists of workers/leaders in an employer profile (Employers).
Step 2: Tap on the Layout icon (image of an eye) to edit the information that is seen on the worker list.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the Layout edit page to find the Activity Participation search bar.
- Tap on this search bar to pull up a list of activities.
- Either scroll through the list or type the name of the activity to select it.
Step 4: After selecting, the screen will return to the Layout edit screen. The activity selected and its associated steps will be displayed.
- Select the steps desired for activity participation data entry by checking or unchecking the box to the left of the step.
- Multiple events can be selected by performing another Activity Participation search.
- The X allows for removal of activities selected.
Step 5: Tap Apply in the top right-hand corner. This will save the changes and return the screen to the worker list.
Step 6: Toggle the Edit switch to display in yellow. This puts it in the "On" position and allows data to be entered.
Step 7: Enter the data by tapping the check boxes for each participating worker.
Step 8: Toggle the Edit switch back to the "Off" position. The button will appear grey when toggled off.
- This saves the data entered and allows for leaving the data entry mode.
