Mobile Leadership Structure Step-by-Step
Step 1: Type the worker’s name or Se Puede ID number into the search bar at the center of the home screen.
- Make sure that “Just My Turf” is set to off (greyed out).
- Press the magnifying glass to search.
Step 2: Tap the worker’s name and select “Edit Leadership” to access the worker’s Leadership profile.
Step 3: Edit the leadership information that needs to change by navigating to the correct tab:
- Leader Role to assign, change, or remove a worker’s leadership role.
- Followers to assign, change, or remove a worker’s followers.
- Leader to assign, change, or remove a worker’s direct leader.
User must hit save before navigating between each tab.
For more guidance/information on leadership structure changes, tap the blue information icon next to the any of the leadership fields within the leadership profile.
Step 4: Hit the Close button once edits have been made to reload the Leadership profile. The updated information will now be displayed.
- Once the info has been saved, pressing the back button at the top of the screen will return the user to the Worker Search page.
