Apple Mail App
Delete Previous Email Account
To set up a UNITE HERE email account on an iPhone, users will first need to delete any UNITE HERE accounts previously created on the phone.
Step 1: Go to Settings, then Mail.

Step 2: Click on Accounts. Then, choose the UNITE HERE email account.


Step 3: Click Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4: Confirm by tapping Delete from My IPhone.

Setting Up a New Email Account
Step 1: Go to Settings, then Mail.

Step 2: Choose Accounts.

Step 3: Select Add Account.

Step 4: Choose Microsoft Exchange.

Step 5: Enter the email address and description of the account, such as UNITE HERE. Then press Next.

Step 6: Select Sign In, then click Continue.


Step 7: Enter the Okta password for the account into the pop-up and click Verify.
Step 8: Choose what items will synchronize. Then tap Save.
Outlook Mail App
Delete Previous Email Account
Step 1: Click the icon in the upper left corner, then choose the Settings icon in the bottom left.

Step 2: Choose Accounts from the list of settings.

Step 3: Click on the account to be removed. Then scroll to the bottom and select Remove Account.


Setting Up a New Email Account
Step 1: Click Add Account.

Step 2: Choose the Email Account option at the top of the list.

Step 3: Type the email address to be used and click Add Account.

Step 4: Enter the Okta password for the email account and click Verify.

*A signing in page will display followed by the list of active emails in the app. This means your email address has been added.
