Delete Previous Email Account
To set up a UNITE HERE email account on an Android, users will first need to delete any UNITE HERE accounts previously created on the phone.
Step 1: Open the Outlook App and navigate to the main menu by clicking the small circle in the top left corner.
Step 2: Click on the gear icon at the bottom to navigate to the settings.
Step 3: Click on the current Unite Here email that is signed in. Step 4: Choose to delete the account. Then choose to delete from this device and press delete.
Setting Up a New Email Account
Step 1: Swipe down twice from the top of the screen to find the system preferences. Click on the gear icon in the bottom right corner.
Step 2: Choose Passwords & accounts from the list. Step 3: Click + Add account at the bottom.
Step 4: Choose Outlook from the list of options.Step 5: Enter the new email address and press Continue. After a few moments, there will be the option to setup account manually. Choose this option when it becomes available.
Step 6: Click on the Exchange option.Step 7: Fill in the missing information. The UH email should be used in the email and domain/username fields. Enter west.exch090.serverdata.net into the Exchange Server field. Enter the password and a description. Click the check in the upper right corner to complete. Step 8: Open the Outlook App to confirm. The new email will already be signed in.
